In the past, our friends have been able to show their support for Blue Scholars music by buying albums after they come out.

This time we’re going to try something different.  Using the Kickstarter platform, we’ve set up a way for friends of Blue Scholars to express their support for this project before it comes out.  This way, not only will our friends be able to buy Cinemetropolis from Blue Scholars directly, they’ll also do so knowing that their purchase actually helped cover the costs of releasing the album in the first place.  Mixing, mastering, design, 1st CD pressing, videos… whoo!

This new way is extra cool too cuz it allows you to put in as little or as much as you want.  Whether it’s $1 or $1000, we’d love for you to be a part of this project.  In the end, it will be released and everybody will get their hands on the album one way or another, right? (wassup torrents!)  How effective and wide-reaching the spread of this music is will be up to you all.
